Norsk Næringstakst AS (org. no. 915 708 641) is the data controller for personal data you submit through this website.
What we collect
When you send a request we use your name, email, phone, the property address and your message — only to reply and carry out the assignment. Legal basis: contract or pre-contract steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Your data is not shared with others and is deleted when no longer needed, unless accounting law requires it to be kept.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics. A simple technical counter registers when the page is opened; it stores no cookies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to tml@ntakst.no. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
